Samagi Jana Balavegaya (SJB) main organiser of Kesbewa Gayan De Mel who was  arrested by the Piliyandala police over the Galle Face incident on May 09, granted bail.

Gayan De Mel, was arrested on suspicion of having taken the lead in six violent incidents that took place on the 9th of May.

According to an earlier summons, he came to Piliyandala Police today to give a statement, after which he was arrested.

After producing the suspect to the court, he was granted bail.
